Our Product Development process has a variety of steps and activities from an idea to a market launch. This process is pivotal to the entire procedure as it’s centred around achieving client goals.
Idea
The first phase is to come up with concepts for brand-new items or upgrades to current ones. Feedback from clients, market research, and technical developments are just a few of the places where ideas might emerge from. Once ideas are developed, they are reviewed to ascertain viability and compatibility with the strategic goals of the company such as technical/financial viability and compatibility with the company’s resources.
Concept Development
After the product’s viability has been determined, our in-house design and development team initiates its concept development process to make sure the product satisfies quality standards and customer expectations, this comprises developing thorough product specifications, engineering the product, prototyping and producing detailed Tech Packs. During this phase, ongoing enhancements and adjustments may be made. This process ensures that all-minute details are taken on board including all specifications, which are then analysed by our experienced team to fulfil client expectations.
Our suppliers/Partners:
We work with suppliers throughout the world due to the variety of products we provide to the market. Our suppliers go through a rigorous vetting procedure before they are onboarded. Our supply chain foundations are laid on integrity, quality, commitment and sustainability. All our suppliers are fully audited to confirm their capacity, work procedures, machinery, labour standards and other social and ethical matters are considered.
Approval Process:
Our teams work very closely with the suppliers and clients during the product approval process as it is pivotal to the supply chain function. Product tech packs produced by the designing team list out all the details expected of the product. The factory produces the products as per the detailed guidelines provided including materials and specifications. Once the product is produced, to make sure the developed product functions as intended, complies with safety regulations and meets consumer expectations, it is put through a number of testing procedures. This comprises alpha and beta testing, in which the product is examined by a small number of consumers in actual use cases in order to obtain input and spot potential problems. The product is then handed over to the client for quality testing. We have a great track record of producing samples which qualify for approval in the first round.
Sourcing:
Sustainability is at the forefront of everything we do, from selecting suppliers, selecting raw materials and anything else. We ensure our carbon footprint is reduced to zero in everything we do, to minimise the impact of our activities on the planet. Most of our raw materials come from recycled materials. We ensure all our products are supplied with quality, honesty, commitment and within time.
Quality Assurance:
We audit goods at various intervals during the production process to ensure goods produced are of a robust quality. Our teams inspect the raw materials before it goes into production and Inline inspections are performed multiple times during the lifecycle of the order, besides our own teams our factories have been a detailed guideline about the quality standards. Our teams have worked with factories to devise an audit process undertaken at various stages of the order, this ensures goods are given the right level of importance and care before they are fully produced, removing any errors during the audit process.
Logistics and Delivery:
We are pioneers in arranging logistics of the goods worldwide, we handle large volumes of goods throughout the world. Our multi destination offices have the best and securest logistics connections ensuring smooth flow of goods from suppliers to consumers. Some goods are shipped to various destinations from the supplier depot, we specialise in packing the goods separately for different destinations, our expert logistics team have local customs knowledge of different countries ensuring sufficient preparation before goods are shipped resulting in a smooth sailing to consumer destination.
